Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt ausschließlich für die mobile App "PHYSION | HN" (im Folgenden "die App"), entwickelt von der Physion GmbH und App Entwickler Berkant Dursun. Sie gilt nicht für unsere Website oder andere Dienste.

3. Grundsatz: Keine Datenspeicherung durch die App

Die App selbst speichert keinerlei personenbezogene Daten auf Ihrem Gerät oder auf externen Servern. Sie dient ausschließlich informativen Zwecken:

Vorstellung des Praxisteams
Information über die in der Praxis angebotenen Therapiearten
Bereitstellung von Kontaktmöglichkeiten zur Praxis

Die App erhebt, verarbeitet oder speichert keine Gesundheitsdaten, Standortdaten, Geräte-IDs oder sonstige personenbezogene Daten automatisch.

4. Kontaktaufnahme über die App

In der App finden Sie eine Kontaktfunktion. Wenn Sie diese nutzen, geschieht Folgendes:

Sie können freiwillig Ihren Namen, Ihre Telefonnummer und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse in dafür vorgesehene Felder eingeben.
Nach dem Ausfüllen tippen Sie auf "Absenden" oder "Kontakt aufnehmen".
Daraufhin öffnet die App das systemeigene E-Mail-Programm Ihres Geräts (z.B. Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook) und erstellt eine vorgefertigte E-Mail an die Praxis (willkommen@physion.hn).
Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten werden dabei in den E-Mail-Text oder Betreff übernommen.
Die App selbst erhält, speichert oder überträgt diese Daten zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Die Daten verlassen Ihr Gerät erst, wenn Sie die E-Mail in Ihrem E-Mail-Programm selbst absenden.

5. Terminanfrage über die App

Die Terminanfrage-Funktion in der App ist technisch identisch mit der Kontaktfunktion aufgebaut:

Sie geben freiwillig Ihren Namen, Ihre Telefonnummer und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse ein.
Die App öffnet Ihr systemeigenes E-Mail-Programm mit einer vorausgefüllten Terminanfrage.
Erst wenn Sie diese E-Mail absenden, werden die Daten an die Praxis übermittelt.
Die App speichert oder verarbeitet diese Daten nicht.

6. Informationen über Therapiearten

Die App listet verschiedene Therapiearten auf, die in der Praxis angeboten werden. Diese Informationen sind rein informativ. Es werden keinerlei Daten über Ihre Auswahl, Klickverhalten oder Nutzungsdauer erfasst oder gespeichert.

7. Weitergabe von Daten

Da die App selbst keine Daten sammelt, findet auch keine Weitergabe von Daten durch die App an Dritte statt. Die von Ihnen freiwillig per E-Mail versendeten Daten werden in der Praxis ausschließlich zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage bzw. Terminvereinbarung genutzt. 8. Nutzung dieser Seite

Diese Seite wird auf Servern der GitHub Inc. gehostet. Bei der rein statischen Nutzung werden technisch notwendige Logdaten (wie die IP-Adresse) erfasst, um die Stabilität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Details finden Sie in der GitHub Privacy Policy.

9. Ihre Rechte

4. Contacting us via the app

You will find a contact function in the app. When you use this, the following happens:

You can voluntarily enter your name, phone number, and email address in the fields provided.
After filling out the form, tap "Submit" or "Contact Us."
The app will then open your device's native email app (e.g., Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook) and create a pre-filled email to the practice (willkommen@physion.hn).
The data you entered will be included in the email body or subject line.
The app itself does not receive, store, or transmit this data at any time. The data does not leave your device until you send the email yourself from your email program.

5. Appointment Request via the App

The appointment request feature in the app is technically identical to the contact feature:

You voluntarily enter your name, phone number, and email address.
The app opens your device's default email program with a pre-filled appointment request.
The data is only transmitted to the practice once you send this email.
The app does not store or process this data.

6. Information about types of therapy

The app lists various types of therapy offered at the practice. This information is purely for informational purposes. No data regarding your selections, click behavior, or duration of use is collected or stored.

7. Disclosure of data

Since the app itself does not collect any data, no data is disclosed by the app to third parties. The data you voluntarily send via email is used by the practice exclusively to respond to your inquiry or schedule an appointment. The separate Privacy Policy on our website applies to this processing.

8. Usage of this site

This site is hosted on servers operated by GitHub Inc. During purely static use, technically necessary log data (such as the IP address) is collected to ensure stability and security. For more details, please refer to the GitHub Privacy Policy.

9. Your Rights

The standard data protection rights (right to access, erasure, rectification, restriction of processing, and objection) apply to the data you send us via email. Please contact willkommen@physion.hn for this purpose.
